Superior service!!! We had some strange concerns with our H3 2006 Hummer a strange water leak in the passenger front floor and the heater was blowing cold air. We thought these issues were going to cost thousands. It turned out the testing was the most expensive item on the invoice. The water leak was a clogged tube from the sun roof and the heater issue was due to a failing battery. The point is this dealer never tries to sell us repairs we don't need. They diagnose the problem accurately and charge us appropriately. More

Comeback oil change- Service interval not reset I had to comeback because they did not reset my service interval and they did not put a sticker on my windshield after the oil change. I called to not I had to comeback because they did not reset my service interval and they did not put a sticker on my windshield after the oil change. I called to notify the deslership about what happened, and they told me i could bring it in for them to do another oil change. I know these surveys affect the pay of the service advisor and ratings of the dealership. That is why i am giving you guys a 5 star rating only. I really hope you take my feeback into considerstion and work on making my next experience a better one. Also my previous visit ive had to wait on the service drive about 10 minutes before anyone greets me. Not happy about the service overall with this dealership and the wait time of 2 in a half hours for a comback oil change. I will say Lewis did a great job and i hope to work with him in the future if i decide to comeback to this dealership. More
