Our experience with Dave was pleasant. When we went to Earnhardt, they did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock, so we did not buy from them. Otherwise, Dave is a great salesman. By far this was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. I went in, as most people do, just wanting to look. We ended up buying the very first car Dave showed us because he listened to what have ever had. I went in, as most people do, just wanting to look. We ended up buying the very first car Dave showed us because he listened to what our needs were and he knew just what to show us. I think the hardest part was choosing the right color for us. We took it for a test drive and went right in to sign paperwork. Everyone from Dave, our salesman, to the gentleman who did all the paperwork for the financing were top-notch! And to top it all off, they called us the next morning to let us know that they were able to get us a lower interest rate which lowered our payment and in return, we purchased a service contract. The exceeded my expectations in all areas and I will definitely go back the next time I need anything related to my car or my next car purchase! More

We are now on our 5th vehicle provided by Jay Underwood and his sales team at Earnhardt Buick GMC and will inevitably be back for more when the time arises. As a potential consumer, we all want to feel as if we received the best deal available when it comes time to making our big purchase that keeps us chained to our job day in and day out making monthly payments for the next few years. Some of us enjoy the fact that a car dealership is one of the last places in America where you can haggle on a price until you feel you have conquered the forces of evil and squeezed out every last dime of dealer markup. Me on the other hand, I want a no hassle, bottom line price first time, every time. That’s why I will continue to buy from those people whom I’ve come to trust time and time again. On our recent vehicle purchase, we selected a show room floor model with all the necessary after-market improvements included at a competitive price. It was nice to see that someone at Earnhardt’s had an eye for making the correct upgrade modifications that were realistic and practical, setting this vehicle apart from all others. Total time to purchase was less than an hour. First visit 30 minutes most of that time checking inventory and the many options available for my model; needless to say, the showroom display had all the practical options to my preference, 5 minutes for the interview to qualify for appropriate loan. Upon receiving telephonic notice of approval my return visit took 5 minutes to complete paperwork, 15 minutes to inspect and take delivery. There it is simple, NO HASSLE, NO BULL transformation into my new ride. Customer Service after my purchase was just as impressive. Not only did I receive a follow up call from my Fleet Sales Advisor but I also received them from the General Sales Manager, Finance Manager and even the General Manager of the Dealership. It’s no wonder I have become a new member of Earnhardt’s family of satisfied clients. At this point in my life, I have purchased more than 3 dozen new vehicles from dealerships for Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Porsche, Chevrolet, Ford and Buick-GMC.
