One of the best dealership service experiences that I've had I brought my Enclave in for service because of Bluetooth issues and was assigned Weston Lange as my Service Advisor. Weston was very personable and r I brought my Enclave in for service because of Bluetooth issues and was assigned Weston Lange as my Service Advisor. Weston was very personable and really paid attention to detail. He also noticed that my Change Engine Oil light was on and I explained that the folks that changed the oil the last time didn't reset the engine oil change monitor. He told me that my car should be ready in about an hour and a half and it was. My Bluetooth was updated and is working fine now and he came up with a great work around for my Change Engine Oil light so now it's off because it wasn't due for an oil change yet. I feel that I was treated like a a queen and look forward to bring my SUV in for it's next oil change. More
