Time is money to me. And I don't want to be convinced what I want. Within the week, I had already left a dealership determined not to shop there becasue of the annoying salesman. I appreciated shopping at Early Stewart and with Andie who greeted me warmly and immediately. He assisted our shopping needs without hassle and pressure. He brought us from car to car and then back to the same cars repeatedly and was willing to do whatever it took to help us decide which car was the right one. He was friendly, funny and willing to please. It is all about the customer! Then Lenny took great care of my financial paperwork. I asked a crazy question, "I want to pay an even number, can you work that out for me?" After a few attempts, Lenny told me that if I changed my deposit by X amount that my monthly payments could be even. Made my day. Crazy, but for the next five years, I will be happy writing an even number on my checks! All in all, my experience was excellent. I have already told several people that when I need a new car, probably never since I bought a Toyota, I would shop at Earl Stewart and with Andie. More

Great price, no dealer fees or other hidden fees. Scott was able to get my car by intercepting a delivery bound for another dealer. Because I was able to do most of my research on the internet ahead of time and had visited several other dealers first, we were almost able to settle with the phone call that I made to Scott. It took all of the aggrevation out of buying a car. I am currently reading Earl Stewart's book and am enjoying it very much. I think that it should be required reading for every high school student. When I finish the book I am going to send it to my daughter and great grandchildren. I am sure that it will be a major eye opener for them! Myron Slotsky More

The whole experience was terrific, from the time I spoke to your receptionist at 8:05 AM, met with Tana at 1 pm and purchased new vehicle.
