I have returned to purchase 3 vehicles in the last year and referred a family member to purchase 1. I am sure I will return because I have been treated extremely fairly and feel like I have always been to and referred a family member to purchase 1. It is obvious that the Stewarts' view a sale as part of a relationship and they don't feel successful unless you feel like a friend when you leave. James Owens has been our sales person each time because we ask for him since our first purchase. He has the utmost professinalism and honesty. On our first experience, I forgot my Ipad in a car a test drove, we purchased a different car, and couldn't find it for about 2 weeks, I am greatful that James was the one who found it and when I didn't come in for it, he found out who owned it (thank goodness it wasn't locked) and called me. I would send my wife or daughter in (I did), to buy a car from them and feel good knowing they will get as good a deal as anyone could. The finance department can be the most stressful part of a purchase, but not here. They fought for me not against me to get the best financing. Each of the other people we dealt with, Jason, Julie, Robert, Charlie, have made us feel at home, literally. The benefits of buying here can only be known by experiencing it yourself. More
My wife and I went shopping on Sunday Sept 29. We were greeted by Gary Smith, he was friendly and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Steve Diaz was wonderful in the finance department as well and very informative and helpful. We made one stop that day, no need to shop elsewhere. this is my fourth car in succession purchased from Earl Stewart and when the time comes again for a new ride we will see Earl again. By the way I loved the one pricing structure, there was no need to haggle and than wonder who won the battle, also never understood that whole dealership fee Earl Stewart doesnt charge one. I have been going to Earl Stewart 2 years now for all my service on my Toyota's. My first time was for a second opinion after another Toyota dealership to me that I needed to make several repairs now. Earl service on my Toyota's. Earl Stewart's service shop advised me that the repairs could wait and the conditions should be checked at each service visit. The customer service and honesty that his dealership brings to every visit keeps me coming back. I drive an extra 35 minutes to go to this dealership and pass another Toyota dealership, the code of values that this dealership has is amazing. One price shopping on cars, no dealer fees, no shop fees, Costco member discounts, Free tires and batteries as long as you perform dealer maintenance there, what more can you ask for. I have bought two brand new cars from him during this time frame and consider me a customer for life at Earl Stewart. More

I have purchased my car there and I took my daughter there to purchase her car. She has subsequently purchased another car. During the seven day money back guarranty offered by Earl Stewart Toyota, ( which is exceptional ) we found out that the Sequoia SR5 we had purchased, required a timing belt and water pump replacement Earl Stewart Toyota, ( which is exceptional ) we found out that the Sequoia SR5 we had purchased, required a timing belt and water pump replacement service. In mentioning this to Mr. Jason Stewart and the price that was given to us for doing this work by Toyota of Melbourne, he mentioned that they would pay 50% of the estimate to do this work and that I could have it done at my local dealer, Toyota of Melbourne, he felt that their price was more than fair and it would save us a 350 mile round trip. We gladly consumated the purchase with Earl Stewart Toyota,had the service work done locally and you should know, that Earl Stewart has earned lifelong customers as far as we are concerned ( we returned 2 weeks later to purchase another vehicle from them ) and we have been able to refer them with confidence, a number of times since our aquisition in June of this year.
