I must say my encounter with Earl Stewart Toyota has been an exceptional experience. First encounter was with Josh Stewart (Internet Sales Manager) as I was in search of a car online. He displayed great customer service as this encouraged me to go and look at the car of my interest at the actual location. He painted the picture for the dealership and enticed me to see what they were all about. Well, I went for a test drive last week and worked with Gary Smith (Smitty). He is such a pleasure to work with as he is truly a happy go lucky guy. I didn't feel hassled or forced in any way and this made all the difference for me! I have gone to several dealerships day and night, from Palm Beach Gardens to Miami and test drove many Mercedes & BMW 528I's and couldn't decide due to the pressure. But, I went back a week later to Earl Stewart Toyota due to the low miles, condition of the car and mostly the entire price. Gary was very efficient through the whole process and made my day. I love my car as it rides great! Gary is a superb salesman and put a big smile on my face today as I drove away in the Mercedes E 350 Sedan. The process of the paperwork was painless and no pressure to buy all the extra amenities, although it is offered your hand doesn’t feel forced. I will certainly send many customers to Earl Stewart Toyota as they get an "A" in my book if you are looking for a used car ask for Gary Smith (Smitty). More

From our very first contact with Patricia Oliphant, we were very pleased with her prompt and courteous response. She was patient and kind in her dealings with my husband and I. I was referred to your dealership by the Costco pricing program. The initial price over the internet was better than any of the other prices at the 2 other dealerships I had visited. There was a miscommunication with one of the salespersons, but when brought to Josh Stewart;s attention, he bent over backwards to correct it and made me feeel that they keep true to the promise of no hassle and no haggle. When I took delivery of the car, Mr. DeHart was extremely patirent with me in teaching me how to operate the navigation and blue tooth pprograms. It was the most satisfying experience I have ever had in buying car......and i have bought over 20 in my lifetime.....and even 2 other Toyotas (tho not at Etarl Stewart). More
Buying a new Camry at Earl Stewart Toyota was a wonderful, no-pressure experience that was unlike any other car purchase that I've ever had. I explained to my salesman Jon Gormley,what I was looking for and what I didn't want. He listened and then he showed me a Camry that met my criteria. Not only did the Camry have the features that I was looking for but it had a great price as well. I was treated with courtesy and respect in a no-hassle, no-haggle dealership. Thank you very much for a pleasant car-buying experiece. I've given this dealership top marks because they earned them. If they maintain their no-hassle, no-haggle policy I might not wait 15 years to buy my next car. In the meantime, I've been telling my friends and coworkers about the deal I got and how great I was treated. I've had the car less than a week so I haven't dealt with the service department yet, but If the service department matches the sales department, this story will end with "and they lived happily ever after". More
