He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable about allof the new technology that we were unfamiliar with, and was willing to explain it to us as much as needed. Paper work, including explanation of options for financing and warranties went smoothly.From Brian we went to the finance department. The man, whose name escapes me at the moment, was also friendly and proficient. He explained every option and helped us to decide what we needed. We were pleased with the financing interest rate and signed all of the paper work. Brian Casey offered to help us with any problems we should have with the technology after we bought the car. Unfortunately, my husband damaged the car shortly after our purchase. The body shop repaired it, so it looked like new again. Every person we met at Earl Stewart was helpful and friendly. Like many folks, I dreaded going to purchase a vehicle. First I say thank you to this young man, our salesman, Mr. Chris Carroll. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, sincere and worked to get us exactly in the car we wanted. We were given fair trade-in for our car (really) and the new vehicle we purchased was "right on the money" (really). The finance and insurance person 'Amber" was wonderful as well. In fact every employee, every aspect of our experience was easy, outstanding people.... Thank you all ! Keep it up !!! Oh, Mr. Stewart is awesome, genius. This man has his own "minimum wage law" $11.00 an hour to start. Who does this ? What business owner does this ? He must be excellent because all the employees that we came in contact with, in talking to, learned they had been with Mr. Stewart for 20, 30 years......That speaks volumes. More

I came in on a Sunday morning with an internet add in my hand and after greeting me at the door Chris took me to the car and we were off for a test drive. Exceptional Customer Service and Product My family and I have always driven "American Made" cars. I've always heard, and known, that Toyota made great vehicles. This time around, we decided to do our due diligence and research the Toyota brand. Through the research, I eventually ended up at Earl Stewart Toyota where we met Chris Carroll. Not only was Chris super nice, he was very attentive and asked us a lot of questions about what "WE" wanted. Not only him, but his managers answered those questions that he couldn't and they made us feel comfortable also. My family and I chose the vehicle of our choice, and we couldn't be happier. I feel like I got the best deal from the Earl Stewart guys, and I am 100% confident in the quality of my vehicle. I whole-heartedly positive this will be the first of many Toyotas purchased from Chris and Earl Stewart Toyota. More

Not only was he knowledgeable about Earl Stewart's inventory of SUV'S, he was extremely polite and engaging. And when there was no signature on the dotted line at the end of the first day, Steve followed up with me, but not in a pushy or aggressive way at all. Honestly, that alone sealed the deal. I value the fact that Steve honored the customer's pacing above all else, and he did an excellent job keeping me in the sales loop. In the end, it was his perseverance which lead me back to Earl Stewart Toyota for day two. So sorry, Steve, if I made you sweat it out (lol) but the third day was a charm!! I am very happy with my RAV 4, and would recommend Steve and Earl Stewart Toyota to anyone who asks!! More
Happy, Happy, Happy I have been car shopping for over a year waiting to make the right and affordable decision (as it was my very first car I brought from Earl Stewart To I have been car shopping for over a year waiting to make the right and affordable decision (as it was my very first car I brought from Earl Stewart Toyota). I knew it was going to be an elentra, fusion or corolla, that I thought were in my budget. I went to the Hyundai dealership on Northlake first, as a recent college graduate I know about ten people with elentras my thought they can afford it I can, right... I test drove one had some blind spots but was caught up in the excitement I might be getting a new car. The next thing that happened I never even thought about the sales guy called me 5 times a day for nearly two weeks straight.....(and still tried months after). I knew I was not going to be doing business with them but I still liked the car so I went to the dealership in West Palm, but there were dealer fees etc... that couldn't be waived, the best offer was just not good enough for a young girl buying her first car, and honestly I was terrified to shop somewhere else after my first sales experience. Feeling discouraged I gave up my search for 8 months until my mom decided she wanted a new SUV. I went to dealership to dealership with her test driving etc... and price checking for myself. We had a good experience at the Ford dealership on Northlake but weren't sold on any of the cars but it was nice to not be stalked by a sales guy again. Then she ended up going to Earl Stewart Toyota by herself on a week day when my Dad and I had been working, she fell in love with the 2014 Rav 4. My mom had worked with Steve Manganello and he held the SUV for her until the next day when she excitedly showed it off to me. The following day she purchased it with my Dad (who if you knew him you would expect it take a month to get him to haggle and get a price down enough to say yes) but not with this Rav 4 he bought and my mom drove it home within 4 hours!!! This was in March when my mom made her purchase. I was driving a 2003 Mazada Tribute and I knew I wanted a car this time around. I am 23 and I don't have any kids so a car seemed affordable and practical, my AC had broken in my Tribute in April the cost to correct the problem was over a grand and I knew it was time to buy new. A grand is a lot of money for an older car and a young girl. So last Sunday I asked my mom to drive me to Earl Stewart Toyota so I could test drive a corolla and a carmy, she had to drive because it was 95 degrees and with no AC driving even 5 minutes is painful. We walked inside now this was 2 months since my mom had made her purchase Steve immediately recognized my mom, gave her a huge hug, referred to her by first name (had no idea we were coming in we didn't ask for him at all) and he asked if she was still happy with her Rav 4. Now after pretty much preparing a restraining order for the sales guy I worked with at Hyundai I was very scared to give my number out to a "salesman" again, but Steve is not a salesman he is a great guy just looking to help people find the right car. On Sunday I test drove the Corolla, told him what I ould pay and that I didn't want to make a decision that day I needed to discuss everything with my Dad because I always seek his advice in financial situations. There was no pressure, I did my own math and decided I could afford it I was also very happy that I had less blind spots than the other cars I test drove. I called Steve to make an appointment to Monday night I wanted my Dad to look over everything before I decided. The price was beyond fair, I ended up going with USAA for auto insurance which if you belong they have a car buying service that gives you a bottom line price you should pay and Earl Stewart Toyota I got an even better deal! I am truly happy with my new car and I hope to buy all my cars from there. More

I have always valued good customer service and good customer service is what I received at Earl Stewart Toyota with Andy Leet. I wanted to give my daughter a special graduation present, something that she’s always wanted and that was a Scion XD. We went to Earl Stewart Toyota in Lake Park and found the Scion XD and the exact color she wanted! I wish there were more people in the world like Andy Leet. I also had the pleasure of talking on the phone and meeting Mr. Earl Stewart, what a wonderful person!!! I must say, the slogan at Earl Stewart Toyota is true. You can “Relax”, because you’re at Earl Stewart Toyota. And you may have to press the, “that was easy” button like I did several times until my daughter told me to stop!!!!.
