We called her on Friday at noon to say we needed to test a couple of SUVs in order to determine which one would be best for my elderly father to get in and out of. She had two options ready to go at 3:00. We drove off the lot in the RAV4, and by 5:00PM we had made our selection. Tona allowed us to keep the car over the weekend, just to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and by Monday afternoon, the car was ours!
