Karol paid special attention on filling me in on what Earl Stewart would do for me, how to care for my car and even sat in my car and set up my radio stations, connected my blue tooth and showed me how to work/use my new car. Also, Earl Stewart's vehicles were not pre-loaded with expensive dealer-installed accessories that I had no desire to buy in the first place. 3) No games, no pressure, and no hype....just truthful and direct answers to my questions. SOUTHEAST TOYOTA USES A COMPANY CALLED "AUTOVIN" TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE AND THEY SEND YOU 1/4" SQUARE PHOTOS OF THE "WEAR AND TEAR" THEY FIND. ITS A JOKE, ITS A SCAM....YOU CAN GO ON LINE AND SEE THE PHOTO ENLARGED, WHICH IS JUST A "LARGER JOKE" . I AM REALLY INCENSED BY THIS SCAM THAT SOUTHEAST TOYOTA IS ALLOWING. WHEN I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW IT COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE TRUE OR EVEN THE VEHICLE I TURNED IN....THEY WERE QUICK TO SAY THEY COULD DISCOUNT THE BILL....REALLY, OF COURSE YOU CAN DISCOUNT IT...ANYTHING I WOULD SEND WOULD BE GOING TO ??????WHAT?
