Worst car buy experience ever How bad can a car purchase can be? You expect the experience to be simple and fair. My overall experience was completely opposite. Let me be clear tha How bad can a car purchase can be? You expect the experience to be simple and fair. My overall experience was completely opposite. Let me be clear that it was an used car, so you expect the car to come with some imperfections. However, the car I test drive had the rotors to be replaced, as the ones in the car were already done. I mentioned that to the sales person and reiterated so many times that they would have to replace it for me to get the car. They kept the car for an extra few days and at the lied to me that they replaced the rotors. They sent the car to the dealer and only replaced the break pads. Now, the car shakes a lot every time I hit the breaks. I thought that as a reputable company, they would be fair in their process, however I was completely wrong. GM called me but the rotors still not on the standard that you hope the car would be when you buy it from a dealership. Very bad customer service, no attention to the customer and no follow-up at all. Bad experience from beginning to end. I left a voicemail again to the GM (Jason Stewart) to complain about the brakes 4 days ago now, and no response at all. Couldn't be more frustrated... More
