When I walked in to buy a used c I don't normally write reviews, but the service I received from Earl Stewart Toyota compelled me to write about them. When I walked in to buy a used car, I knew what I had in mind and all I had to do was drive the cars to make a final decision. Dewey Bell, my used car salesman, greeted me and excitedly ran to go get the car I wanted to drive and let me take a test drive on my own. When I got back, he had the second car ready for me to test drive and I just jumped from one car to the next. The atmosphere in the used car office was appealing because the salesmen really seemed to work well together and enjoy working together. They even offered me freshly baked cookies when I walked in. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience buying a car from Dewey and the cars are exceptionally well-priced. I'm definitely buying my next car from Earl Stewart Toyota. More

Exceptional Service!! Franco, Elaine and Andie were especially cordial, professional and very respectful. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla for my beloved daughter, whom Franco, Elaine and Andie were especially cordial, professional and very respectful. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla for my beloved daughter, whom we brought along for the full experience. Franco was very meticulous and tried very hard to live up to the Earl Stewart objective - "... to make the car buying and servicing experiences pleasurable ones..." I am delighted to report that he succeeded! Elaine was very attentive to our needs (and wishes). She went out of her way to decorate the car with not one, but TWO colorful holiday bows - much to my daughter's delight. Of course, her beautiful smile and pleasant demeanor helped to put my entire family at ease. Thank you, Elaine! Andie took the time to explain all the buying options to us and how we could benefit from each. He was the consummate professional, answered all our questions and treated us with respect and dignity. All was wonderful in test driving the car around the area but the drive home to Stuart proved otherwise. The drivers seat was extremely uncomfortable even after trying for several days. Even the return process was smooth and we were treated very well. We definitely will recommend our friends and family come there. More

My salesman, Dewey Ball, showed me a few options that fit what I wanted, talked about the benefits of each one, and then let me test drive the car. Even gave me an extra key for free as he promised. Dewey was pleasant and patient. Price at the end was exactly what was quoted at the beginning - just add for the license plate which Dewey had told me was not included. Could not have asked for a quicker, easier experience. More

OH NO, WHAT'S GOING ON?? Our family has purchased three new toyota vehicles in the past 12 months. We were previous GMC owners but became disappointed with the performance of Our family has purchased three new toyota vehicles in the past 12 months. We were previous GMC owners but became disappointed with the performance of our various cars over the past 4 years. We had a great experience with our salesman, Bary, and with the dealership in general. Between our 3 vehicles we have been to the service department a total of 8 times for regular maintenance every 5,000 miles. The first time that we took our truck for service we were so pleasantly surprised at the efficient customer service from the moment that we pulled up in the service lane. The entire experience was a pleasure as were the following 5 visits. However, something has changed. Our last 3 visits have been disappointing. The check in is very disorganized and chaotic. Not sure if there has been a cut in the number of employees, a change in the process, or if it has been a fluke. The actual service and time of service is satisfactory, just very disappointed in the overall experience. Reminds me of Schumacher's service department - that's not a good thing. More
