Very disappointed I go to other Toyota dealers for service and I have to say that Stuart charges you WAY more!! The response that I got when I asked the service rep , was that it is a franchise ........ whatever that means The prices should be equal!!! Delay in Service I am in today for my 20,000 mile service and this is the 2nd time my was not taken back to be service until 50 minutes after my appointment time. Why do I need to get up so early for a 6:40 appointment and not have my car serviced until 7:30. I have bought 6 cars from this dealership since 2008 and the service department keeps getting worse. Also, why do I have to clean out my car (paper floor mats and service number hanging from the mirror, and pull the tag off of my key chain? More
