The Dealership is immaculate; has Wi-Fi, charging stations, coffee, bagels and comfy seating while you wait. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and friendly. The Service Dept. is equally a pleasure to do business with. Nice guys who explain everything with patience. I had all my windows tinted today. My appointment was at 10:00 am; they took my car immediately and I was out the door by 11:30am. I highly recommend Earl Stewart Toyota…there are some really nice people working there. My present experience with this new purchase has been an almost four-year trip. That’s how long I have been looking forward to getting a Sequoia. Mrs. Marlene Levy has been very helpful as I have done my research to convince myself. She was patient throughout the almost four years’ wait. She was always informing me, educating me, suggesting, and done without salesmanship pressure. Now! That is an award-winning skill. So, what happened? Well, I am clear that the best part of my experience was not getting the Sequoia, but the friendly time spent with Mrs. Levy. I have been driving my Sequoia for five weeks.
