Marlene made an appointment the same day and accommodated my schedule, even though the time I picked meant she had to stay past her day's end. There was zero pressure and the price was $2,000 less than any of the other dealers. The casual, but professional atmosphere immediately made me want to do business with Earl Stewart Toyota, so the next day I called Marlene and told her to go ahead and order the car of my choice. Oh, and by the way, Earl Stewart, the owner calls to thank the customer and gives them his personal telephone to call if anyone needs to call him for anything.
