I would highly recommend Earl Stewart salesman Steve Silverstein to my friends if they were in the market to buy a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of my new vehicle. After ordering a top-of-the-line 2023 Sienna Platinum AWD in April of '23 we were told it might be 10-12 months before delivery. With this info we were told we may end up getting a 2024. Over the course of the next 12 months we received zero phone calls, emails, or texts. Our salesman could NOT answer delivery questions so we had to deal with the Sales Manager (Matt). We had to reach out to him to request updates on the order status. In January 2024 our call told us that the vehicle would likely be delivered in April. Calling them again in April he told us it would now be the third week in May. After exceeding that delivery date another call to the same manager we were told that delivery would now be June. We finally got a call regarding the vehicle arriving at the shipping port and that within 10 days it would be delivered. This did NOT happen and the sales manager would not speak with us when we called. Our salesman informed us a mistake had been made and that the Sienna would now be delivered in July. Our next call was made to the sales manager three days before the newly identified delivery date. We were told it would be delivered in the next 72 hours and they would call us when it arrived. Four days later we called again because of not receiving a call. We were told that it MIGHT be another day or two before arrival but provided us with the details of our car; VIN number, build accessories, and price. What we discovered was the identified vehicle did NOT contain the options we had ordered and were adamant about needing. 15 Months of waiting with little, if any, customer courtesy, If there was less than a 1 star rating I would have chosen it. After receiving the last info we contacted another dealer and are scheduled to get our Sienna in less than a month. Earl Stewart may offer good pricing due to their MSRP and no delivery fees sales pitch but if the vehicles are not readily available to purchase I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
This dealership’s business model is truly bottom line out the door. The no-haggle, no hidden fees makes the experience so much better for the consumer and Steven Silverstein went above and beyond to ensure m the door. Service advisors A few weeks ago my check engine light comes on I head straight to the dealer pay for a diagnosis and was informed I had to leave my vehicle till the next day due to the tech was not able to figure out the diagnosis problem when I returned the next day I was informed that the ECM/PCM was bad for the tech to figure this out he had to contact toyota head quarters to get assistance with the issue. I was given a quote to repair the vehicle of almost $1800 I was very upset due to my vehicle bring a 2018 has on 68000 miles. I then took it upon my self and contacted toyota head quarters to see if I could get some kind of help to repair my vehicle due to me being a single mother once I contacted toyota a case was initiated and was supposed tescalated immediately I was informed that i would be contacted back within 48 hrs (Mya) was so helpful. 48 hours go by i did not receive any contact from head quarters the following day I called them back and was informed by the agent that the ECM/PCM was under warranty until 80,000 miles but I should still receive a call back from someone in the resolutions department the following day i received a call back and was informed that the agent that gave me the information about the warranty was incorrect those parts are not covered she informed me that they could only discount the repair by $750. I explained to the agent that I would still be responsible for over $1000 and at this time I do not have that kind of money she stated to me that's all they can do to assist me and she would send the information over to Earl Stewart. I remembered that Mr Stewart advertises if you call I would be available to speak with him directly I then called the dealership and the call was transfered to him he did not answer but he sent me a text stating he was in a meeting immediately respond and requested that he contact me back about my vehicle this was on 7/2/24 today is 7/6/24 and I still have not received neither a text or call back (bad business). On 7/3/24 I received a call from Michael and he informed me that the part was finally in stock and I should bring my vehicle in to have it repaired and I would be charged under $300 I'm not sure if head quarters ended up covering the cost of the part but whomever did my kids and my self are greatly appreciated but there should be no way I should even come out of pocket for anything due to my cars has very low mileage and only 6 yrs old I have owned toyotas all my life and they have run over 200000 miles and never had an issue like this . Earl Stewart toyota is one of the best dealerships around but this issue here makes me have second thoughts. More
