I have been taking my car to Earl Stewart Toyota service for about 10 days. I have a 2022 model Toyota Highlander. They broke my solid car. There were a few small parts that needed repairing. On the contrary, they broke their solid place. Definitely stay away from this Toyota service if you don't want to waste your time and money. I will file a criminal complaint against them. If I could give them a zero star I would, ordered a car in November, waited 50 days they ordered the car wrong with the wrong interior. Was told that they ordered another car waited another 50 days, just t in November, waited 50 days they ordered the car wrong with the wrong interior. Was told that they ordered another car waited another 50 days, just to be told that it has been postponed again. Waited another 30 days, to be told it will be another 20 days. When I call the company or the dealership I never get a Return phone call.This is absolutely ridiculous, I have called other dealers and they told me that we get customers from Earl Stewart all the time because they take orders and cannot fill them. I wish I never went to their dealership , there are a lot of good reviews but this is my experience with them. So as of five months I have no car , I cannot believe them when they tell me it’ll be here in another 20 days. Going to buy a car somewhere else. More
