After 5 days of phone tag I finally spoke with an agent. Needless to say he was less than enthusiastic. I explained I needed an OTD quote because I was out of town. His response bury verbally and later in an email was we don’t have dealer fees so just take the advertised price and add tax and tags. Seriously? I was super disappointed. No personalization or energy to do anything. I rated two stars because at least he returned my call. More

From the minute I walked in, I felt that the staff was not pushy at all in me buying a car which I had experience in the past in car dealers.
