The nitrogen in tires scam has wasted the most valuable thing in the world that I have. My TIME! That is something I can never get back; ever! It's really shameful that the dealership owners greed for mone thing in the world that I have. My TIME! That is something I can never get back; ever! It's really shameful that the dealership owners greed for money is so great to rip the customers off with this unnecessary service I did not ask for or order from the factory or dealer. I no longer have any faith in honesty here after getting ignored for service and then not even putting any air in the tires at all; let alone nitrogen service. My truck was back out front in under a half hour, I waited 45 more minutes for Josh W to do his job. Then I checked my tires pressure with my trusty gauge and saw nothing was put in my tires at all. They were the same low pressure as before. That's ripping me off of my time in life. It's disrespectful and dishonest and should be illegal. I even showed Josh the tire pressures were 3 pounds low all the way around on the Ford phone app before insisting the job gets done for real this time. Somehow it got done in 15 minutes now, not the hour and 15 minutes it took the first time. So the old saying of the dealerships being a total ripoff rings loud and true here. Someone else's greed was more important than my time and caused me great frustration and anger towards others. That alone takes years off your quality of life. It's shameful behavior because of greed. You lose it all in every way! More

Food for thought, Eagle Auto Group, you should have two managers on duty for both sides of the dealership! That way, customers will not have to wait for over two hours, because the one manager on duty is b managers on duty for both sides of the dealership!
