Buying a vehicle from them is easy. Try to get service or answers is impossible. As soon as you drive off the lot. Thats it. Thats what ur stuck with if ther are any issues.. they simply do not care. Bummer “Bummer” this is what there service department told me. I purchased a brand new Roush f150. Mind you this is a $70,000 truck. Most everything on this “Bummer” this is what there service department told me. I purchased a brand new Roush f150. Mind you this is a $70,000 truck. Most everything on this truck was gone over by the team at Roush. The one thing they don’t install is the aftermarket exhaust system (possibly due to the 50 state compliance thing). So the dealer themselves installed the Exhaust system. I took the truck on a trip to Florida to visit family, I stoped for gas and noticed the exhaust was hanging down and was resting on the rear axel. So I had to get bungee cords and coat hangers to keep in up. I stoped at the only place that was open (meineke) and they said the exhaust was poorly installed. They repaired it for $100.00. After contacting the dealer service department and explained this to them they simply said “bummer”. No refund...no apology...nothing. I am a small business owner and I can tell you this is NOT how you treat customers. I will never......never do business with them again. More
service Went in for my vehicle because of a starting problem. Also had an oil change and fluids topped off and checked. Along with that came a tire rotation Went in for my vehicle because of a starting problem. Also had an oil change and fluids topped off and checked. Along with that came a tire rotation which was not done as the tires are still in the same rotation. Also they did a diagnostic test on our spark plugs. Went back because they did not fix my starting problem and was leaking gas when started. The technician did not replace the “O” ring when replacing the fuel pump. When I took it in the second time the technician came out and told me what was wrong, fixed it and did not charge me. Also did not replace the tire inflation caps which I asked to be done. Next week later my tire sensor came on for a low tire. Tire was in the same location as previously. Im not feeling confident with their service right now. This is why I have rated them so low. More
Amazing Customer Service! I was heading home on a Sunday morning from vacation, when my Jeep wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. I live in Milwaukee, and had to leave it at the Eagle River Dodge dealership. I worked with Ed and Bill at the dealership who truly made this a seamless process for me. Especially, since I live five hours away. Over a weeks time I was in contact with Ed and Bill. Any phone call or text I would send they would get back to me immediately with and answer or solution. Both Ed and Bill truly understand what good customer service is. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with any dealership. I wish this dealership was in my backyard, and not so far away. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here or buy from here. They treat you life family. THANKS AGAIN ED AND BILL!
