Eagle River Ford - Service Center

Very nice staff but they have no clue what they are selling I purchased a 2025 platinum explorer that they tooted how great everything was on it. I live over 2 hours away and bought it without test dri selling I purchased a 2025 platinum explorer that they tooted how great everything was on it. I live over 2 hours away and bought it without test driving it it is nothing like the car a traded in ford has made the Explorer platinum nothing more than a xlt with leather seat. Unfortunately this stealership has no idea how the car has changed the cruise control doesn’t work if you have glasses there is an eye sensor and if you have glasses it through it off and constantly alarms that you are not watching the road. The sound system is supposed to be the best 14 speaker with a subwoofer well guess what no subwoofer it sounds aweful. No spare tire just an empty compartment not even a can of fix a flat. So if you have a flat you can only have the car towed. When brought up to the dealership manager they said nothing. The only one at the dealership that has not disappointed me is Stacy the business manager. I cannot in good faith recommend eagle river ford. And I will definitely not be using them for service or anything else. After owning 10+ fords this is my last. More
