The truck was purchased from the dealership in 2018. In 2021 they put the puck system in my truck for a reasonable price. After it was installed, if u would plug a trailer in the lights would come on ev In 2021 they put the puck system in my truck for a reasonable price. After it was installed, if u would plug a trailer in the lights would come on even if the truck was off. Not supposed too. So when I ordered my leer topper from them, they installed it and scratched up the corner of the box and the topper door was all scratched up. I told them to checkout the wiring problem. They charged me $170 dollars to diagnose the problem when it was possibly something they caused. Not good! They said it would cost $ 800 dollars to fix it. Not happening there. I will have someone else look at it. Josh Wergin seem to be good guy. Couple little things like that, pisses a guy off and won’t go back and gives bad review. More

I have been doing business with ER ford for over 20 years. My recent service with them was a shock. The actual service work performed was excellent. However they increased the cost of my oil change by years. My recent service with them was a shock. The actual service work performed was excellent. However they increased the cost of my oil change by 50 percent and they charged a 3 percent credit card surcharge. Also they did not top off my window washer tank. .Not sure what's going on.......... . More
