Price was good for a new travel trailer, but the extra charge for a welcome package was 4x the cost to purchase what was included and was of poor quality. The walk through of the trailer provided inaccura charge for a welcome package was 4x the cost to purchase what was included and was of poor quality. The walk through of the trailer provided inaccurate information (he acknowledged this was the first one of this type that he sold). Three weeks after purchase, I still don’t have all the paperwork needed to register the trailer in Michigan. More

We loved our experience of buying a vehicle from Eagle River Ford. We drove 4 hours to get the vehicle and we'd do it again. My only wish is that this dealership was closer.
