After all the numbers were in it was a easy decision to make the trade. Ken was my sales man and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles options along with how his products stacked up against the competition. The whole experience was very stress free along with pressure free so I was comfortable with my decision and didn't feel talked into it. I've been a long time Toyota owner and my family has always bought GMC but after test driving the f-250 it was clear that they were doing everything the right way. I test drove a 2017 GMC 2500 and the f-250 rides so much smoother and comes with better/. More options for around the same price tag. In the end I highly recommend eagle River Ford, not only because the greatly priced vehicles but for the knowledge that the staff has all of them are experienced in multiple car manufacturers so when your trying to compare apples to oranges they know what there talking about! More

Excellent service We were 500 miles from home when our car was totaled during a trip to Wisconsin to purchase a boat. Ford Sales Consultant Ken Caudill and Finance Manager Rhonda Tulgren were extremely helpful assisting us through the hurdles necessary to get funds wired to complete the purchase of a vehicle we located on your lot and get us on the road. Ken also oversaw the installation of a hitch and wiring to enable us to pick up the boat we purchased in St. Germain, Wisconsin. Our car was totaled Wednesday afternoon. We looked at the car on your lot on Thursday morning. We notified Ken Thursday afternoon that we wanted the car and were on the road Friday afternoon. They helped make an extremely stressful time bearable. More
