The way it used to be. At one time it use to be that the customer came first. But lately it has been customer last and never higher then that. We dealt with Travis and Ken and could not speak higher praise then a job very well done. After all the numbers were in it was a easy decision to make the trade. Ken was my sales man and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles options along with how his products stacked up against the competition. The whole experience was very stress free along with pressure free so I was comfortable with my decision and didn't feel talked into it. I've been a long time Toyota owner and my family has always bought GMC but after test driving the f-250 it was clear that they were doing everything the right way. I test drove a 2017 GMC 2500 and the f-250 rides so much smoother and comes with better/. More options for around the same price tag. In the end I highly recommend eagle River Ford, not only because the greatly priced vehicles but for the knowledge that the staff has all of them are experienced in multiple car manufacturers so when your trying to compare apples to oranges they know what there talking about!
