Excellent truck but was not serviced up to date and full gas promise not kept. Very friendly staff and service but would’ve liked to see truck detailed better and serviced fully with a full tank of gas. Oth gas promise not kept. My 2016 Edge needed major work for a broken fly wheel/flex plate. It took 9 days to get fixed. Kevin H went the extra mile to keep me informed all the way. Senior master technician Jay H repaired m wheel/flex plate. It took 9 days to get fixed. Kevin H went the extra mile to keep me informed all the way.
