Took my truck in for an oil change. They damaged it pulling it into the service bay and it had to go to the body shop for repairs I spoke with the service manager and told him that I They damaged it pulling it into the service bay and it had to go to the body shop for repairs I spoke with the service manager and told him that I understood that accidents happen. I couldn't leave the truck with them until 2 days later. They arranged for a rental car. I spoke again with the service manager and told him that they were compensated quite well for the time they spend working on vehicles and that they should give some thought about the customers time. I spent more time than I wanted dropping the truck off, picking up the rental car then coming back to pick up the truck a week later. I mentioned to the service manager that in regards to customer service that some consideration on the oil change would have been a nice gesture. He was very apologetic and assured me that he would make it right when I came back to pick up my truck. I picked it up yesterday after a week in the shop. Never saw the service manager. Other than "here's your keys, you're all set, " nothing was said. Still haven't heard from the service manager or the dealership. Not real impressed with the customer service. More
