They got my truck in quick to fix it. I told them that I had extended warranty through Route 66. Guy in back room said good luck with that to service person. They can usually get us in the same day, if necessary, or within a day or two for routine maintenance. They are fair, explain things well, and make suggestions you can go with or not, No pressure. We feel they are less expensive and take good care of us. Morganne worked with us today. They checked an issue we were having to make sure we would be ok as we travel this summer. They said we'd be fine with no repairs necessary until we were ready to deal with the issue. Thank you Morganne. We have had no dealings with any other department, except the cashier. More
