Been multiple times w great service but the last time was not good. Came in for an oil change and to have 2 other things diagnosed. After waiting 2 hours I started to walk the parking lot and came across my not good. Came in for an oil change and to have 2 other things diagnosed. After waiting 2 hours I started to walk the parking lot and came across my truck parked in the regular parking lot where the employees park. I went to the service desk and asked if I was ready and they said they were working on the oil change lol. I asked if they could please check that bc I had just seen it parked. They came back and said they diagnosed one issue, waiting for everything else. After I questioned why the oil change wasn’t done when the first diagnosis was done and not getting a real answer I left without the oil change. My husband will be speaking to the manager after the holidays. A suggestion for your future customers would be to give an estimated wait time and be clear on what’s going on w their vehicle. More
