Scott Kelley as usual is fantastic in the service department Scott Kelley and the service team are second to none. I usually, after a warranty is off my vehicle, go away from dealership service. Not this time! I Scott Kelley and the service team are second to none. I usually, after a warranty is off my vehicle, go away from dealership service. Not this time! I've never seen a service department so in tune with their customers and I bring my Chevrolet Silverado nowhere else for anything from oil changes to new tires. Fantastic teamwork and scheduling gets you in and out like clockwork and the amenities at the customer lounge are first class. (Thanks for the peach yogurt and granola bar!). I wouldn't change a thing with this team! More

Good people but no matter what I have done takes 1.5 hours Always friendly and courteous. They are trustworthy and give me gray service. This last time it took a little too long though They changed two tires. Always friendly and courteous. They are trustworthy and give me gray service. This last time it took a little too long though They changed two tires. One was preready so only needed to change one. Still took 1.5 hours Wouldn’t complain but it took two visits for tires. 1.5 hours both times x 3 times in one week. First battery needed to be replaced. Then brought it back next day to check low tire. Then back 3rd day because they didn’t have the tires. 1.5 hours each time but I love those guys. More

Crappy job They hybro locked my motor then put a used one in. Then after 2 months of waiting and looseing my job and falling behind on bills cause i didnt have m They hybro locked my motor then put a used one in. Then after 2 months of waiting and looseing my job and falling behind on bills cause i didnt have my truck to work.i get my truck back with more problems. A oil leak and a bad turbo. Their was nothing wrong with my turbo before i gave the truck to them and now its bad. they ran Diagnostics on my truck and even when they took my motor apart they should have known. Not only that,they said that just about everyone in the service department test drove my truck and no one heard the noise it was making. I find that hard to believe cause its loud.also they think ima buy another one and have them charge me 20+ hours to do it. their out of their mind . They have another thing coming, i will be getting in contact with my lawyers. Also if i didnt call all the dam time i probably would have never knew what was going on with my truck,the whole time. More

Fast oil change I like dealing with Scott he gets my truck in and out quickly so I can go to work. Service is ok on the mechanics said Scott had to top off my wiper I like dealing with Scott he gets my truck in and out quickly so I can go to work. Service is ok on the mechanics said Scott had to top off my wiper fluid his because they forgot and time I had a grease palm on my finder. But all and all they take good care of my trucks. More
