Disappointed with integrity Unsatisfied on last visit. I've been bringing my truck to GMC for quality honest service by GMC mechanics. I didn't receive this the last visit though Unsatisfied on last visit. I've been bringing my truck to GMC for quality honest service by GMC mechanics. I didn't receive this the last visit though. I had a transmission line burst, brought it in to be replaced, they did so and it works fine now. The problem is now I have a coolant leak which I know for a fact I did not have prior. The coolant leak is coming from lower radiator hose connection and I was told I have to replace entire lower hose. The connection is right in front of where the new transmission line was just ran (hhmmmmm) so another $600.00 to have repaired on top of the $500.00 I just spent. I decided not to have them repair the "new" coolant leak and did some research on repair they said i now needed. So after my research I found out that I didn't have to replace the hose at all, it was a $2 silicone O-ring that was no longer seated properly due to being hit or bumped during transmission line replacement. I replaced o-ring myself and refilled coolant total cost $32 and an hour of my time big difference from repair cost quoted for something that was caused by their mechanic in the first place. Needless to say I'm very upset and unsure if I will be able to trust them again for future services... More
Eagle eager to help! We have a 2018 Sierra under warranty. Surprisingly, the battery went dead! Eagle sent a tow. He was able to charge it so we could get to dealership. Warranty GMC Terrain My 2017 GMC Terrain shuddered and went into "reduced power mode" while on rte 486. The Check Engine light came on and also an error code "Service Sta My 2017 GMC Terrain shuddered and went into "reduced power mode" while on rte 486. The Check Engine light came on and also an error code "Service Stabilitrak". Limped home and called Eagle GMC in Homosassa. They said to bring car in and they would take care of it. Dropped car off with Mike Fulton in Service Dept. Told me he would only need an hour to let me know what was going on. I had my wife follow me to Dealership so I told him I would leave vehicle with him and was no rush. The next afternoon he called and said, "a fuel rail sensor had failed and was replaced. He said car was out being road tested and could be picked up." Picked up car and problem solved. Pleasure having service taken care of at Eagle GMC. Repaired quckly and correctly the 1st trip. Mike Fulton (Service) is honest and trustworthy. Got my car in and out with no hassles. Thank you. More
Time after time , chance after chance. Their repair department can not do anything right. It's so bad that I actually am supposed to have free oil changes and I will , chance after chance. Their repair department can not do anything right. It's so bad that I actually am supposed to have free oil changes and I will not bring my vehicles there . Last time they got oil all over my engine. It almost caught fire. And then it leaked all over my garage. Then they lost the key to my wheels. Never offered to replace it once. WORTHLESS PEOPLE !! More
Dishonest They inspected my car and told me I needed a $1034.00 diollar radio installed. They want to charge me $92.80 for this service. I went to a radio shop to find out , It only needed s $40.00 dollar module. I spent $110.09 dollars to have it repaired. Will never go back.Mr.Disarki More
