The service in the collision center is horrible. They've had our car for several weeks and still have not finished it. Everytime we call we are given different excuses that contradict what they told They've had our car for several weeks and still have not finished it. DO NOT BRING your vehicle to Elco for service. The sales experience was amazing, but their service department is awful. The service advisors are more interested in their phones and flirting with e The sales experience was amazing, but their service department is awful. The service advisors are more interested in their phones and flirting with each other, than helping customers. And, as other reviews have pointed out, the vehicle is never really fixed - you will be bringing it right back in a few weeks or months from now. If you don't believe me, just search the other reviews. Stay away! More
