My experience with Elco was by far the best I have had in all of my new car purchases. Just to give you an idea, I am a pro at buying new cars. I've purchased 3 brand new in the past two years, and probably all of my new car purchases. Just to give you an idea, I am a pro at buying new cars. I've purchased 3 brand new in the past two years, and probably 5 in the past 10 years. My other cars were all at the time the right car for me, however after I bought the car i always felt like it wasn't the one I really wanted. Elco helped to get me in the exact car I wanted without trying to pressure me into settling for something that either wasn't me, or just fit into my budget a little better. I truly appreciate the no-nonsense approach to sales at Elco, and I will absolutely buy my next car from them. I cannot say enough about my salesman Jim Russo. He is extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles, he went out of his way to work with me even though my deal technically happened about an hour and a half after closing on a Saturday night. Jim along with the rest of the staff I interacted with at Elco were simply wonderful. I am glad I decided to take that trip up Manchester road in search for a Chevy dealer.
