We had a great experience at Elco. We stopped by on a Friday night to look at a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Our salesperson was J.T. Prapotnik. He was extremely professional. First, he drove the car into the brightly lit service area so that we could fully examine the car. He let us take it out for a day so that we could really get a feel for the car. He then took the time to show us the entire facility. We concluded the deal the next day. J.T. arranged for me to come in later in the week to get some preliminary service. When I arrived I was treated very professionally by the service staff and J.T. had arranged for a free rental car for the day. All of this was in marked contrast to an experience we had the prior week with another dealer where we ended up having to return the car. After that, it has been a real pleasure working with the professionals at Elco. We were completely satisfied with our service at Elco. More

Joe Archambault has done a great job with us on the purchase of our new Cadillac. We came in late on a Saturday afternoon and did not actually intend to make a purchase that day. Joe took extra time purchase of our new Cadillac. We came in late on a Saturday afternoon and did not actually intend to make a purchase that day. Joe took extra time with us to test drive the two types of vehicles that we were interested in and worked hard to help us identify the vehicle that would really serve us well. He then worked with us and the manager to get us the best possible pricing, and we feel we received fair treatment on our trade-in and appropriate reductions off the 2011 sticker price; although we would have loved the car to cost even less, the experience was good. Joe had a personal committment that evening, but kept assuring us that we had time to complete the sale; and he followed through. The only negative I have to report has to do with others that were involved in a follow up issue. The saleman that tried to remove our license plates from our trade-in vehicle stripped the screws on one and could not remove it; and the dealer did not seem to have a second key to our new vehicle. We were told both items would be taken care of by the next Monday or Tuesday when we brought in the title to our trade-in. When my husband arrived at the dealership on Tuesday, Joe was off that day; but the Finance Manager was there and said the plate was not off the trade-in and an extra key was not yet made. He said he would personally get it done and bring the plate and the key to us. About a week later, Joe called to follow up on our satisfaction and my husband was quite upset. Joe was able to calm him down by offering to come get the vehicle(no one else mentioned the car had to be at the dealership to make the key), make the extra key, put the license plate on it, wash it and fill it with gas. Once again, Joe came through and we are pleased with the results. More
