I had come in for service on my Cadillac. I was very agitated with the place I had taken it previously because they could not seem to figure out why one of my dash lights kept coming on after being in t agitated with the place I had taken it previously because they could not seem to figure out why one of my dash lights kept coming on after being in the shop on two seperate occasions. I wanted to speak with a manager about the issue before I let them take my car. Mr. Nickelson assured me they would do everything possible to diagnose the problem and correct it. I was skeptical, however I had little choice but to trust that Elco could do the job. I waited less than 45 minutes when my advisor informed me that not only did they pinpoint the problem but that it was already fixed and I was 'ready to go.' I couldn't believe it or thank him enough!!! The cashier was very professional, prepared and I was out of there quick. Buyer beware when you step inside Elco Chevrolet. I purchased a 2012 4 Cyl Equinox and then decided to trade it for a 6 cyl Equinox when I relized the 4 cylinder was way underpowered. Elco ended up gi purchased a 2012 4 Cyl Equinox and then decided to trade it for a 6 cyl Equinox when I relized the 4 cylinder was way underpowered. Elco ended up giving me $4000 less than I originally paid for the car even though I only had the car for two weeks. I thought that was terrible as they will be able to sell that car for about the same as my original sale price. They acted like they gave me a great deal. I will never shop at Elco again and hope others read my message and don't shop there as well. I calculated I paid about $1400 OVER the sticker price on the 2012 Equinox I'm driving now. Where has customer service gone in this country now it's like the business comes first and who cares about the customer. Maybe the government should have let GM fail. I love my new car just not Elco Chevrolet! More

He found the perfect car for the perfect price. I couldn't be happier and my daughter absolutely loves her car. Tony went over every safety feature with me prior to the purchase to assure me that my daughter would be as safe as possible in the car.
