Most other dealers only "trash-talked" their competition rather than trying to explain to me what made their company great and pressured me to buy on the spot rather than listening to my needs. ELCO was just the opposite. None of the employees that I met with ever spoke poorly of their competition, and never pressured me to buy. They demonstrated a genuine interest in me as a client, taking the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Joe Archambault was a wonderful sales representative, even coming to my house after he signed out at work to put on temporary tags and explain OnStar features to me as I was moving the next day. I would happily recommend ELCO to anyone interested in a stress-free, friendly, and exceptional car dealership. More

We had a great experience at Elco. We stopped by on a Friday night to look at a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Our salesperson was J.T. Prapotnik. He was extremely professional. First, he drove the car into the brightly lit service area so that we could fully examine the car. He let us take it out for a day so that we could really get a feel for the car. He then took the time to show us the entire facility. We concluded the deal the next day. J.T. arranged for me to come in later in the week to get some preliminary service. When I arrived I was treated very professionally by the service staff and J.T. had arranged for a free rental car for the day. All of this was in marked contrast to an experience we had the prior week with another dealer where we ended up having to return the car. After that, it has been a real pleasure working with the professionals at Elco. We were completely satisfied with our service at Elco. More
