I attended the car show and given an offer by a competing dealership. I was familiar with Brian from the sales of a vehicle to a friend, so opted to go to see him first. If not, I would have gone back to the competing dealership. Brian and Court are very comfortable to work with and honest. No pretense or pressure. They want to treat you as they would want to be treated. That says alot. Let's just say I left in a beautiful new vehicle that day........and extremely pleased. More

He was not pushy at all & so friendly & resourceful. He also had the best prices and selection for used vehicles I thought. He won my business before I made the visit to ELCO b/c he was sp transparent & resourceful! Once there...I understood. Great shop! Great people! So different! Also, had another great experience with James Crowe in the business office. Again...got me the best rate & listened to what I needed. I am going back to ELCO in 2 years to get my daughter her first car too! My Dad came with me to be my 'wingman' for when the pen hits the paper...and he too was so impressed by the way they conduct their business! More
