Joe Archambault, our sales person, was extremely easy to deal with and very knowledgeable of the car we pur purchasing a car from an auto dealership. He answered all of our questions, without hesitation, and allowed us to test drive the car without dealer supervision. There wer no high pressure tactics used by Joe as well as James in the Finance and Insurance Department with regard to financing and add ons. All the figures surrounding the sale were disclosed up front and were made very clear to us during each stage of the transaction process. We purchased out 2005 Trailblazer used in 2008. Since then, we have used the service department several times. There was an issue with the front differental right after we bought the truck.
