Sveta in finance knows what she is doing she is very knowledgeable and polite. For me the finance piece is the worst she made it smooth as silk. Tom in the service department also listened to my concerns and followed up the techs to ensure the mud flap was replaced on the left rear, then he went a little further and had the techs check both left and right quarter panels ensuring they were nice and tight. Service after the sale is really where customer loyalty is developed and Tom Kahl did a good job. Yeah sure everybody wants to sell you a car but this team helped me buy one. More
