This dealership and my sales associate were very accomodating and easy to work with. It was clear from the onset that they wanted to sell me a Cadillac and ensure that I would be pleased with my se accomodating and easy to work with. However, the business manager Sveda was polite, but very matter of fact about completeing the paperwork and closing the financial part of the deal. She was very efficient, but she spoke in a rapid fashion and was hard to follow. Car purchase details may be routine to her but probably not to most customers. More

Everyone was very knowledgeable in their specific area and they work together as a team. Mike and Cort in sales know the Malibu and point out features as you explain what your needs are, they are patient and they work together as a team. Sveta in finance knows what she is doing she is very knowledgeable and polite. For me the finance piece is the worst she made it smooth as silk. Tom in the service department also listened to my concerns and followed up the techs to ensure the mud flap was replaced on the left rear, then he went a little further and had the techs check both left and right quarter panels ensuring they were nice and tight. Service after the sale is really where customer loyalty is developed and Tom Kahl did a good job. Yeah sure everybody wants to sell you a car but this team helped me buy one. More
