Fast, Efficient, and Very Friendly Staff I had been researching the Chevy Volt for a few years and decided to take my research to the next level. I discovered that the ELCO dealership had a I had been researching the Chevy Volt for a few years and decided to take my research to the next level. I discovered that the ELCO dealership had a 2017 in stock that matched my color and options criteria. I setup an appointment with Eric Cromer for Saturday. When I arrived, the dealership manager greeted us with a warm welcome and paged Eric. While waiting for Eric to arrive, which didn't take long, the dealership manager shared further details about the dealership and assured us that the staff would assist us with whatever we needed. We went for our test drive and fell in love with the Volt. Once we returned to the dealership, Eric commenced with the trade-in appraisal and the submission of our application to the Finance department. While we were waiting, several staff members reached out to us and offered us refreshments and assistance. Eric quickly returned with his appraisal of my car and I have to say that I was very pleased. From there, we went to the Finance department where we signed the paperwork and completed the deal. All-in-all, the process was very smooth and we were leaving the dealership in our new car within 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. That's a testament to the skill and professionalism of the staff at ELCO Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a car. More

The body shop was transparent in working through the major repair and letting me know of delays in getting repairs completed. When purchasing a vehicle I do extensive research for expectations on trade in value and price of vehicle. I received higher than expected trade in, and Eric Cromer went the extra mile to get me the best price for the vehicle I purchased.
