Roger was the first person to see me on the lot, I didn't even have to go looking for anyone! I told them that I was looking between two different models, the Cruze and the Equinox. We looked at the prices and selections of Equinox, went for a test drive, and started paperwork, all within an hour! They let my father and I take the Equinox out to lunch while they surveyed my trade-in and ran my credit. When we returned, they were all ready for us! We waited 15 minutes before we had our final prices. Dave helped me with my financing and explained everything very clearly. I couldn't be more impressed with how quick and professional this team was. Everyone helped with a smile and were eager to answer all of our questions. In fact, since purchasing a 2011 CTS4 from ELCO with Jim McCormick and Sveta Gwin's assistance I have talked with friends/neighbors, comparing my wife and and my experience with ELCO to previous experiences with the local Cadillac dealership. Many people seemed to already know or suspect what we just learned: The service department at J. S. Cadillac is top notch but don't buy a vehicle from them, go across the river to ELCO. We told them over and over that was not something we were intrested in and they just kept pushing! At ELCO Chevrolet the cars are priced to sell, so no need for hours of negotiating. He gave us great trade in value for our old vehicle so we were able to drive away in our dream car with no hassle!
