When I tried to cut through the BS and get down to numbers. He then hung up on me. Would never think about dealing with this individual or the dealership in general if this is the caliber of person on their payrolll. More

Beware! they false advertise prices to get you in They post offers online that seem to good to be true , then once they got you there and interested with so much time invested they inform you that the They post offers online that seem to good to be true , then once they got you there and interested with so much time invested they inform you that the price has changed. They advertised a new cadilac cts for a guarantee price of $35k until 11/30/17. I spend hours lookiing for cars picking out the best fit. I called them to make sure the price and sale was good they tell me of course and to come in. I get there they get the keys the cars are even tagged with the prices. The salesman then tells me the price just went up over 8k for the same car, I pick 2 more, the same the 3 that I picked that they had representing their sale had all mysteriously went up in price that very second. I asked for the manager and why they were mistagged the sales guy said he was not there, I left him a message and he has not responded yet. Don't waste your time because they will at Elco. I told him we had drove over a hour to get there. He says "you should have read the fine print." More
