Easy and Honest I dealt with Chris Weaver on a pre-owned BMW. It could not have been easier and smoother. The vehicle had an oil leak that I was unaware of and I purchased it "as is". Chris explained they found the oil and then paid to repair it before I took delivery of the vehicle. DISHONEST I took my car in for a repair and agreed to a 30,000 mile maintenance which included a fluid exchange only to discover that most of the fluids were NE I took my car in for a repair and agreed to a 30,000 mile maintenance which included a fluid exchange only to discover that most of the fluids were NEVER supposed to be replaced according to my owners manual and the advice of another mechanic. They charged me $843!!!! They would not refund one dime of my money. Short term gain, long term loss of a customer. A co-worker went in for an oil change and received this fluid exchange that she never authorized. $500!! They refund half of her money. Are they taking advantage of women? Company used to be owned by Enterprise - new owner, definitely unscrupulous business practices. Very condescending. More

Brad Grellner made the financing painless...This was true on the day of the purchase...after you leave the dealership and find your vehicle has a bent wheel....It is a whole other story. I thought that the tires needed balancing...my shop in my home town discovered the bent wheel. Even noted this on the receipt which I faxed to ELCO. I am basically being called a liar...I claim they knew the wheel was bent and that a potential buyer would never know until after the sale....saving them hundreds of dollars. They are basically saying that I bent the wheel after the sale, because it could not have been certified with a bent wheel....Why don't we consider who has the most to gain by lying. Mr. John Durham is more concerned about profit than customer relations. This dealership should be ashamed of Mr. Durham and his disregard for customers. They have my money...why should they do the right thing. I will do everything in my power to discredit this dealership and send potential customers elsewhere. More
