Fast and Painless with outstanding customer service I'm currently in Missouri for training and I happened to find a truck I've been looking for and at a lot lower price then I was originally expecting t I'm currently in Missouri for training and I happened to find a truck I've been looking for and at a lot lower price then I was originally expecting to pay at ELCO. After a 2 hour drive to get to ELCO I met with Vito who was extremely friendly and hospitable (Vito was actually off work but came in just to meet with me). A quick test drive to reconfirm I wanted the truck and I was pleasantly surprised when Vito told me that ELCO was offering me an additional $1,000 for my trade in from what previous dealerships had offered me. There was no need for negotiation because I was getting the truck I wanted at a great price and the dealership gave me a more than reasonable price for my trade in. I was in and out in a flash. However, there was one small hiccup. The truck I purchased had a storage compartment that wasn't currently installed in the truck at the time of purchase. Vito assured me the dealer would ship it to my address but I was just visiting Missouri for training. Vito guaranteed me I would get my truck accessory and he delivered! Just a short few days after my purchase, Vito personally drove the 2 hours one way to meet me and install the storage compartment on my truck. Vito was extremely pleasant and cordial after his trip and installed my compartment in a matter of minutes. Many of salesman would not hesitate making the sale on false promises but not Vito. I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service and professionalism of Vito and the whole sales staff at ELCO. If I'm ever up in Missouri again and needing a vehicle I will not hesitate to do business with ELCO and Vito. More

Would go again!! We’ve gone to Murray before to buy a car and he was excellent. We would have been stupid not to go again. Lies, Lies, and More Lies I spoke with 2 different sales representatives on two different days about a vehicle that was listed on line. Both representatives stated that the pr I spoke with 2 different sales representatives on two different days about a vehicle that was listed on line. Both representatives stated that the price listed online was through incentives only and there was no way to get that price without the incentives (financing with dealership, trade in, etc.). When I stated that I would be paying cash for the vehicle, did not have a trade in, would not be financing, etc., I just wanted to come get the vehicle within 2 days with cash, I was shut down. When I asked to speak to a sales manager, I was told that it wouldn’t do any good b/c the representatives had been told by the mangers that their was no getting around the incentives. When I called them out on their lies, I was told that, “I can tell you what April’s incentives are.”. Having just bought a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium in December for cash, I have already been through this experience and was proven right when one dealership said I couldn’t get the online price without the incentives but another dealership gave me the price without the incentives. Imagine my surprise when I encounter it again now that we are buying a truck for my husband. These incentives are lies and money making schemes. Don’t be fooled people. You can get the price without the lies! More
