After showing me his current new Impala inventory and discussing what I was looking for, Vito listened attentively and admitted that he didn't necessarily have what I was looking for in new car inventory, but promptly showed me a certified pre-owned Chevrolet Impala which directly met my buying needs. Vito is a polite salesman that will not push you into a vehicle you do not want. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they find themselves in the market for a Chevy or Cadillac. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, personable and honest person answering all of our crazy questions. It had been a while since we were in the car market and he took a lot of time finding us the exact vehicle we wanted and we never felt pressured (like we have at other dealerships). Ryan also spent a lot of time with me in the car going over all of the fun stuff a new vehicle offers, showing me what every single button would do. The day after the purchase, I emailed him with a couple of questions and he replied immediately with answers and advised me to email any time with any questions or concerns. We worked out what we were after by email and text and when we got there, he had it cleaned and pulled up to drive. When we were ready to wrap the deal up, he was very efficient and attentive to our needs. He gave us a really thorough run thru of all the vehicle features and we were on out way. We stopped for lunch an hour down the road an realized we didn't have one of our key fobs. We shot him a quick text and somehow he had wound up with it. He overnighted it and we had it the next day. Now, that's first class service. More

Ryan Spence Review - Elco Chevrolet Ryan was easy to work with for the leasing of our new Tahoe, the vehicle we wanted wasn't on the lot and Ryan was able locate one rather quickly.
