HOW MY EXPERIENCE WAS i called elco to setup a test drive and they were very friendly on the phone i talked to Murray Newton and we scheduled my test drive for the next day i called elco to setup a test drive and they were very friendly on the phone i talked to Murray Newton and we scheduled my test drive for the next day the next day i came in and the staff helped me find where i as to go to see Murray so murray showed me the car i was wanting to look for and i told him that this was my first time buying a new car and i was not sure if i would get approved and he set me at eases and was still very happy to help me and from there my day at the dealership just keep getting better with everyone i talked to and they were really there to help me this place is a very nice place to buy a car i would go there for my next car when it comes time for it if you want someone to be by your side and not leave you sitting all day then go to elco and ask for Murray Newton this guy is grate More

Excellent - responsive. Virtually always available. Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal! More
