Took the time to answer questions fully and make sure there was no confusion. Numbers were fair and actually came to within $300 of my initial offer with there first counter offer. If you count the free oil change coupons, we were within $100. Dan the finance guy was also a pleasure to work with, explained everything, cheerfully answered all of our questions and successfully navigated the little bit of husband/wife bickering over the terms of the contract. I don't like to wait and I don't like high pressure. I know if I like a car, and I know if I can afford it.
