We recently worked with Rick Weinstein/Tim Theodore to handle a trade-in and new purchase. Rick was patient while we test drove 3 vehicles, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not hard-sell at all, a handle a trade-in and new purchase. He quickly handled the paperwork, escorted us to financing (also a great experience with Sveta), and even transferred my existing license plates to the new car---in 100 degree heat.
