After working with him, I can confirm the internet did not lie this time. Rick was patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with from the test drive through the final numbers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or like I was just another deal waiting to be closed. The rest of the team was just as good. I feel like I got a very good deal on both the new truck and my trade, and I never had that familiar “what am I missing?” feeling that sometimes comes with buying a vehicle.
