After not having a vehicle payment for over 10 years, I was a nervous wreck about buying a new (to me) ride. I had a wonderful salesman in Rossel Bello. I was patient and listened to what I wanted and what I could really afford. We could NOT ask for better treatment, NOR more efficient service. Victor was thorough and informative. Cotton located a car to our exact spec's, and had it on site less than 24 hours later. He also pin-pointed our price/cost status, and we feel we got a fair price. Although the paperwork process seemed lengthy, I am sure there are no shortcuts for these details. A nice surprise to us, was that Charlie had already contacted our Insurance Company to have the changes to our coverages, so we drove away with an accurate, updated Insurance card. The reason we give this rating is they are upfront and personal. We tell them what we are looking for in a vehicle and the kind of deal we expect and they are fair. For some time now, I have been looking for a used Lincoln Town Car to update our 2003 Cartier, which had run out of warranty. In searching the internet, I located a 2009 that sounded interesting with a price close to what we wanted to pay, the picture of the car looked good, and the color was acceptable. I e-mailed Elliott Ford Lincoln in Mt. Pleasant, TX, Sunday night, not really expecting a quick reply. However, early Monday morning I checked my e-mails and had a response from Jimmy Clark. He answered my questions very clearly, and after a couple more e-mails, my wife and I decided we'd drive the 2 hours to Mt Pleasant to see this car in person. We arrived about 1 at the dealership. Jimmy greeted us in an energetic, friendly manner and made us feel at ease. He didn't hesitate to have us driving the car in less than 5 minutes after we arrived. Of course, we liked it and went to his office to get the deal started. We did have some special requests, which were unusual with a sales transaction. Jimmy never missed a beat in checking things out for our wants and needs. Jimmy introduced Ashley Wilson to us and after a short friendly visit, he drove our car to determine its condition and trade in value toward the car we wanted. At this time, we met Charlie Wilbanks to handle the paperwork. What a mess of paperwork, but at least Charlie explained every paper we signed and was very efficient in getting all of it done. You could tell he had done this a time or two in the past. He then phoned our insurance agent and had the insurance card to us, in hand, in just a few minutes, via fax. In the mean time, Jimmy was checking on the special requests we had made and saw that everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Needless to say. we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 hour trip home in our new car. The entire staff was very friendly, accommodating, courteous and professional. The dealership building was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We definitely will recommend Jimmy and the dealership to our friends. More
Customer Service-While on the test drive I noticed a prompt stating that the oil needed to be changed, when I asked Brian Vaseleck about this, he said the the oil was changed and that the service depart prompt stating that the oil needed to be changed, when I asked Brian Vaseleck about this, he said the the oil was changed and that the service department could clear it when we returned. When we returned the code was cleared and promptly and in a timely fashion. Quality of Work-The center compartment could have been cleaned a little bit better, but it is just going to get dirty anyway, otherwise the truck was clean. Brian Vaseleck went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of prior to my arrival so everything worked smoothly. He even arranged for a ride from Addison to the dealership, this was a HUGE help. He also took some closeup pictures of the dents and scratches for me so I could see what I was getting without being there in person. When I asked about what was serviced Brian V. took me back to Brian Daily to go over what was serviced and when it needs to be serviced again. Friendliness- Everyone was very friendly, no complaints here. Overall Experience- Excellent Price- I was looking at a similar truck here in PA and it was 3 years older with 20000 less miles and leather seats... these were the only real differences between the two trucks and that one was being sold for $10000 more. Pricing was excellent. Special thanks to Brian for setting everything up, from transportation from to recommending a place to eat once the details were settled. From start to finish, all of the details were worked out before I even left Pennsylvania. More
