Elliott Chrysler Dodge Jeep could not have made me feel more welcome. The dealership is very efficient with the buying process. I've been at other dealerships where it took hours to purchase the car. Not more welcome. The dealership is very efficient with the buying process. I've been at other dealerships where it took hours to purchase the car. Not Elliott... I had the Jeep bought in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Elliott Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone in the market for a new car. More
The employees of Elliott Ford were happy to do anything we asked of them. We looked for about 18 months at many different dealers before we purchased our new vehicle. We went back numerous times because we were looking for a car that was big enough to ride comfortable in. We kept looking for a good ride with lots of space as we are up in years and those things were important. We have owned 3 different Lincoln Town cars. They are made much too small for us to ride comfortably so we kept trying many of different kinds of vehicles. The employees there never lost patience with us no matter how many cars we asked them to bring us to drive. We bought from Elliott Ford because we know that they will give us the same kind of service when the car needs to be serviced. They were great to deal with. More
Brought my 2002 Excursion in for problems (noises) with front suspension. I Described the noises I have heard as best as possible. After several days, I was informed of the list of parts that were deter front suspension. I Described the noises I have heard as best as possible. After several days, I was informed of the list of parts that were determined to be bad, needing replacement. I thought the price was exhorbitant, but I effectively had no choice. So I agreed to the list. I picked up the "repaired vehicle" after a few more days. I live about 90 miles from the Dealer. All of the problems I had just paid over $3700.00 to get fixed presented themselves on the way home. The very next day I was called by the delaership. I told them what had happened and that I was told by the Service rep that it may take a few days for the "noises" to stop. Suffice to say, they didn't. In addition, the vehicle now has two problems that didn't exist before I brough the truck in. So, I took it back. I had a mechanic ride in the vehicle with me to confirm what I was hearing, which he did. Bottom line, I am now being told that other parts have broken and that I need to spend another $1400.00+ for those repairs. Then the dealership can begin to try to diagnose the original problem I brought the vehicle in for service to fix. So, I need to spend well over $5,000.00 to begin getting an accurate diagnosis of front end squeaks and rattles. To be clear, I will attempt to contact the Service Manager to get these issues resolved tomorrow. To date, the service rep has changed his story on certain repairs already and has declared that the vehicle is very rusty and "must have come from up north." The vehicle is in immaculate shape. I degrease the engine bay and underside every 6 months. I have reapplied rust proof primer to the frame every 3 years. Further, I was just underneath the entire vehicle installing a new backup camera during the Holidays. It isn't rusty. The vehicle is usually spotless. I am highly capable mechanically and do most of my own work (which actually, this vehicle has needed very little). However, in this instance, I do not possess the tools to remove major front end compnonents on my own. I now wish I had never bothered to leave the vehicle in the first place. I did so because I had my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 worked on by the other service dept at this delaer. The work wasn't cheap but I got a good estimate the day I dropped the truck off. The repairs were completed to my absolute satisfatcion and everything I asked for was fixed. Unfortunately, there is a world of difference between the Dodge service Dept. and the Ford service Dept. at the same dealership. Clearly one needs improvement. I will update my saga based on the results I get from teh Service Manager and/or General Manager. In the meantime, beware. Everyone is nice when they are selling you something. I believe the true mark of a business is how you aretreated when something with the product goes wrong. More

It has been several years since I felt good about trading for a new vehicle, I have to say dealing with Brent Dove and Brian Loveless was a pleasure. No pressure just wanted me to feel good about purchasing for a new vehicle, I have to say dealing with Brent Dove and Brian Loveless was a pleasure. No pressure just wanted me to feel good about purchasing a vehicle. Was told what to expect and I went two days before making a commitment to purchase a new vehicle. All my questions were answered before hand and I felt good when keys were exchanged. Met the service department and they shared the same respect to new customers. No problem for me to recommend this staff to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Elliott since 1995, dealing with Mike in the earlier years, and with Carla for the last two. They have been unfailingly helpful and informative, and Elliott since 1995, dealing with Mike in the earlier years, and with Carla for the last two. They have been unfailingly helpful and informative, and deal openly and honestly. I will, life permitting, continue to patronize Elliott for both new vehicles and for service. And, I will discuss my experiences with anyone who needs more details. More

Let me say from the very moment I was contacted by Brent Dove I felt that everything would fall into place. He was very professional and worked tirelessly to get me into a car that would fit my price and circumstances. He is a very polite and genuine. Also Robby Dunn was extremely helpful in helping me to receive the proper financing and explaining everything to me in clear and concise terms. He and Mr. Dove were a pleasure to work with. And let me not forget Monty Vaughn...he assured me that I have nothing to worry about when it is time to have my car serviced. And by the way I LOVE my 2013 Chrysler 200. When it comes time to buy a vehicle run don't walk to Elliott Auto in Mt.Pleasant...you will not be disappointed with the service. More
