I came to the dealership to have my 2005 Ford F-150 serviced. The left driver window actuator was broken. They had one in stock and put the vehicle in the shop immediately. While I was waiting I decided to check out the Certified pre-owned trucks on the lot. I was greeted by Mark Safford and was immediately taken to look at the vehicles on the lot. He was able to answer all of the questions I had. When the number were run as to the price of the new vehicle, I accepted the offer. All of the staff mentioned in the above employee selection did everything they could to make my purchase enjoyable. I have always been pleased with the service and help I have received at Elliot Ford. More

From the moment I connected with Matt Farrer, I had the sense that he could handle the challenges associated with sealing a deal via the web. Like many people, I did not have the time, and especially the desire, to waltz around a dealership for hours attempting to settle a transaction. I was pleased that the dealership was capable of email, digital photos and phone calls to negotiate a mutually beneficial transaction. At any pinch point during negotiations, Matt was quick to communicate back to me, even though I was miles away. It was also pleasant to arrive at the dealership and the Elliott team be prepared for me. Finance managers, sales managers, etc. kept the finalization of the sale a pleasant and efficient experience.
