The most pleasant stress free buying experience I’m 75 years old and have purchased dozens vehicles over those years from many different dealers. This purchase was the most stress-free pleasant exp I’m 75 years old and have purchased dozens vehicles over those years from many different dealers. This purchase was the most stress-free pleasant experience my wife and I have ever experienced. No one tried to high pressure sell us anything, Our sales lady, Carla Witcher, whom I've known for several years, was spending her time showing Janet and me the features and during all the conversations and demonstration drive, we were never asked to buy anything. There were no high pressure sales gimmicks of any kind. When reviewing the typed sales proposal and negotiating with the general manager, Cotton Guest, he patiently explained what and why they had done to prep the truck for sale at the dealership getting it ready for sale. Not once did he ask me to buy the truck or did he in any way try to talk down to me. I offered an out the door price and he said he would run the numbers and get back to me. In less than 30 minutes, he called and said he would tell Carla to get the truck ready and that I could pick it up full of fuel at my convenience the next day. Friday morning when we went to the Robby Dunn's office to pay for the truck in full, there was no pressure to buy an extended warranty of any kind. He told me what was available and if I wanted, he could arrange one for me. I signed the papers and Janet wrote him a check for the agreed amount, no hassle, no funny price games, only the agreed price, and just plain business. I now have a much greater respect for Gary Elliott, the dealer principal, and his staff. This was by far the easiest and most hassle free transaction my wife and I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. I already knew Monte Vaughn in the service department since he has assisted me with servicing my previously owned Ram truck and my wife's, Honda minivan for many years. The service I received has been excellent, priced as agreed, and problem/hassle free. More
